Swiss AI Report

A systematic approach to assessing the use of AI technology in Swiss companies.

A program highlight of AiCon2022 is the presentation of the first Swiss AI Report.
The actual use and true impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in Swiss companies is currently unclear. A systematic and measurable basis for the status quo is needed to strengthen Switzerland in the future technology AI.

By developing uniform AI standards that can be measured qualitatively and quantitatively, this basis can be created. To this end, the “Swiss AI Index” was launched – a systematic approach to assessing the use of AI technology in Swiss companies. The Canton of Schwyz supports the initiative, which is backed by Mindfire AG and the think tank W.I.R.E..

How do you define Artificial Intelligence?
Artificial Intelligence is a collective term for computer systems – encompassing fields such as Machine Learning, Artificial neural networks, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision – that for a given set of human-defined objectives, make predictions, recommendations, or decisions influencing real or virtual environments.
